• Store each piece separately in a dry, airtight pouch or jewellery box.
• Avoid dropping, bending or pulling delicate jewellery, beads and chains.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture during storage.

Tip: Put on your jewellery after applying makeup, perfume and hairspray.

Returns & Exchanges

To report a damaged or incorrect item, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package and shipping label from the beginning, without any cuts, pauses or edits. Please contact us with the video and your order details within 24 hours of delivery.
